Common questions
What does “transcription minutes per month” mean?
It’s how many minutes of audio we can transcribe and turn into study materials each month. A 1-hour lecture = 60 minutes. We round up by recording, not by month.
What happens to my audio files?
We keep the original audio in storage for the retention window of your plan (90 days to 2 years), then delete it. Your transcript, flashcards, and AI-generated study materials stay forever — only the raw audio is purged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that your notes, summaries and flashcards stay readable and you can keep reviewing them — only creating new material pauses until you subscribe again. No prorated refunds.
Do you charge tax?
Prices shown include any taxes due at the point of sale where applicable. Our payment provider handles tax compliance for us.
