Why are NGN prices lower than USD?
Our pricing is purchasing-power adjusted. Students in Nigeria see NGN prices that match local affordability; students elsewhere see USD prices. The currency you’re billed in is determined by the card you pay with.
What does “transcription minutes per month” mean?
It’s how many minutes of audio we can transcribe and turn into study materials each month. A 1-hour lecture = 60 minutes. We round up by recording, not by month.
What happens to my audio files?
We keep the original audio in storage for the retention window of your plan (60–365 days), then delete it. Your transcript, flashcards, and AI-generated study materials stay forever — only the raw audio is purged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then drop to Free. No prorated refunds.
Do you charge tax?
Prices shown include any taxes due at the point of sale where applicable. Stripe and Paystack handle tax compliance for us.
